The Chat Room is now open 24/7,but a good time to find someone is between 8PM EDT until 11PM Eastern
Just click on "Chat!" between the Search and Post a New Message buttons to enter. Also,you will see if anyone is in the Chat room on that line. It will appear as (1 Chatter) if only one person is in the Chat room. Finally, use your Refresh button periodically to update the number of Chatters.
To attract others to join you in the Chat room, I suggest you open two browsers;enter the Chat room with one browser and "park" yourself there, and wait for people to join you. Use the other browser to read forum messages. Switch back between the two browser pages to see if anyone has joined you in the Chat room.
