We extend our Pontifical Blessings and congratulations from the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin to the officers and soldiers of the Armenian Armed Forces and all Armenians throughout the world on the occasion of Armed Forces Day.

We give thanks to God that our armed forces are strong, and that the soldiers are endowed with invincible spirit, love and devotion for their homeland. Today the armed forces secure the borders of our homeland allowing the Armenian people to create their new and free lives in peace.

We ask the Almighty to grant success to the brave and amiable officers and soldiers in their service to our country.

May the Lord bless and strengthen our army, grant peace and reconciliation to our native land and to all the Armenians throughout the world.
