I like watches with a space theme to them. Stuff like watches with meteorite dials, rotating planets/moons, and, in this case, some sort of Big Bang hydrogen clouds or something. Something that looks like it would be on the wrist of a being who just came out of a landed flying saucer!

There was a replica version of a $50,000 high-end watch I was considering buying that had a rotating astrolabe on the dial. At any time of the day or night you could look at the dial and immediately see where all the major constellations and brightest stars were. It also showed the positions of the Sun and Moon.

Of course, I do not really have a need for any of that information, but unusual watch dials can spark conversation and enhance the interactions between people.
