Billy Burroo is a reference from the movie Caddy Shack. Ted Knight played the character Judge Smells.
In one scene the judge makes a request for his special putter, 'Billy Burroo'. As he unwraps the putter from its protective cover he makes a gutterual sound akin to something sexual. The same for me when I first received the watch. I had a flash back to the movie and that particular scene. Hence the name 'Billy Burroo'. Yepper thats my ugly mug.
