Correction on that white dial one

For some reason I had always thought of that dial as being white. I took a closer look today, under every light I have in my house, and have determined that the dial is actually silver. I always remembered the dial giving off a mother of pearl glow, but unless I also have a white dial one somewhere, this one is silver. Maybe it looks white in direct sunlight, or the reflector ring throws my eyesight off, I just don't know. You make the call:
