that is Hamiltons copy of their original. The original Piping Rock was in 1928 and had different hands and a very slightly different dial. This one is a 1948 homage. Hamilton also did another in the 80's with a base metal bezel and had the 1928 world champion NY Yankees on the back. That one had the original style hands.
