Response to question about movements.

at the last link at the top of the forum. It list the many (not all) of manuals for the varoius movements timex used.

Is it easy to replace a movement? can't give a quick anwser to that. Just that all the repairs will get easier for you with practice. Get a few scrap watches to start.

Remove a case back, then the crown and stem, see if the movment comes out the front or back. Pop a crystal out than figure how to get it back in. pull the hands off and try to line them up again.
