bezel removal

maybe the bezel does not have to come off at all. It may push out from the inside once you remove the movement.

This how my watchmaker replaced the crystal on my ESQ. He further explained that the crystal has a nylon ring around it. The only thing is you must use a crystal press to insert both back into the bezel. Further, to be very careful that the crystal lays flat when pressing in. Any angle can cause it to stress and snap. At a cost of ony 30 bucks it was well worth it for me!
