Response to New!

This is a new watch and I just contacted Timex who gave me a very hard time. She said this model H28820 does not exist at Timex. Tried also T28820. The rep was exceedingly reluctant to do a google search on this watch. Now she came back and said it is obsolete, maybe 15-20 years. Corrected - 2003, a hybrid starting with "H". I didn't realize that on a chronograph, the second hand doesn't run the same way a normal watch runs.

Basically when I push the crown back in the second hand doesn't start although the little second hand does run. When I press the "A" button the large second hand starts. But the problem there is that if I accidentally touch the "A" button it will stop the large second hand. Which is not the way a normal watch runs.
