I just found this picture on the web after hours of searching.

My watch was exactly like this one except it also showed you the day of week, which was adjusted by pulling out the crown one click and turning it, the date was adjusted by turning the crown the other way. When the crown was pulled out to the second and final click you could adjust the time.

It was probably rated at 50 meters, not 200 meters as I thought in the original post.

Also the hands may have been pointed like the hands on this watch. The bezel is an exact match.
