it is indeed unfortunate that many buyers don't have the (or "basic" even) knowledge existent here and on other forae.
Even more unfortunate is that OBVIOUS duffers can't be flagged to newbies as being "BAD" since ebay rules changed and you no longer have lists of bids with usernames.
