Advice please

My friend suggested I look at this site as repairers sometimes contribute to it.

As far as I can see none of the current contributors are repairers. Is there anyone who users send their watches to who I can contact?

I need a Ladies Rolex Oysterdate servicing and my local repairer (I'm in Hillsborough, Ireland) wants 450 euro, which is too steep.

Any help would be much appreciated.
