Response to my green machine. quartz, running inconsistantly.

I hold the spray at a 33.23 degree angle at a distance of 14.679 cm. The spray blast duration should be no longer then .2345 milliseconds. The ambient room temperature must be between 65 and 67 dgree F. All functions must be performed while standing on one foot while
listening to Pink Floyd Darkside of the Moon.

okay here is the real low down. hold the spray about 4 inches away and give one short blast. the liquid may leak to the dial but should evaporate quickly. I have not had any dials damaged because of this. I also use a pump blower to push out any remaining liquid fromt the movement. Last is to look for pivot points and apply a dab of electronic lube. This is sold at radio shack. It comes in a clear plastic tube and costs like 5 bucks.

Also check the battery area to be sure the contacts are clean. Pop in a fresh battery and see how it goes. Success rate is better than 50%. If not than most likely a part is worn and there ain't too much can be done about that.
