Response to well well

the "little blue pill" is USELESS unless a guy has blood testosterone or "T" levels that are in the normal range (about 300 to 1,000 ng/dL). If T is low, then libido will be low, and if libido is low, then the blue pill AND its variations will NOT work! Many guys who try the blue pill are surprised to discover this little detail. That, and the various annoying side effects associated with it, are some of the reasons that about 50% of the prescriptions for this treatment are never renewed.

Unfortunately, for those males suffering from the obesity associated with "Syndrome X", all of those extra fat cells are producing a lot of an enzyme called "aromatase". This nasty substance converts much of the T an aging guy is still producing into ESTROGEN, the female hormone. Result? The average male victim of Syndrome X by age 60 will therefore have an even more dimished T level and libido then he normally would have if he did not have Syndrome X. In fact, he can actually have MORE ESTROGEN in his body than the average 60 year old FEMALE!

Yet ANOTHER reason to start reducing the percentage of refined carbs in one's diet!
