I remember taking disco dance lessons in the 1970s.. a very cute friend was teaching at a local club. I haven't gone out of my way to dance in years. I suppose for someone like yourself, it comes naturally after all those years, especially if you always dance with your wife. I love watching my parents dance. They grew up dancing to big bands in the 1940s (Dad is 82, Mom is 77) and when they dance you can tell they know what each other is going to do.
Dancing for you must be as effortless as skating is for me. I have been playing ice hockey since I was 6 and skating is as effortless as running in sneakers for me now (at 49). Some co-workers ask if it hurts when you fall down, and I couldn't remember the last time I fell (without the help of a crazed opponent). lol
