coprolite isn't as rare as I supposed. Maybe all of it that is piling up in universities will become profitable as jewelry manufacturers start to use it in expensive pieces such as wristwatches.

It's amazing to me that we could even have any trace of a dino turd left 100 MILLION years later, but that it the fascination of fossils. Considering the size of some of the dinosaurs and their voracious appetites, their dumps must have been awesome by today's standards!
