These are Chinese made pieces, using standard Chinese movements. The dial signature is for SLAVA - rendered as CJIABA. The story goes that Slava - the original Russian company - at one time authorised a manufacturing deal with the Chinese maker which subsequently fell through due to Quality Control issues - basically Slava felt the quality wasn't high enough to continue having pieces manufactured in China, and withdrew from the agreement.
Remember, SLAVA was quite a high-ish quality maker, some movements using double barrelled main springs and similar innovations - producing things like Medical watches and so on. We believe (in Europe) SLAVA may be defunct in Russia, or very much scaled back and producing very little if any watches. This, plus the withdrawal of the agreement hasn't bothered the Chinese plant very nuch, and they've continued to produce SLAVA branded watches without any agreement or authorisation.
Having said that, I have one or two and they're reasonable watches for the money, but I've had one that's very erratic in operation, and very cheaply put together. Affordable they are - super High Quality they ain't - your mileage may vary - you may be lucky! I'd still buy another one if I liked it enough, VFM is good enough!
