      be certain to remove any grime or dirt that may have built up on the bezel.
      I had one where the tabs that grip the case were damaged because I as I tried it off. the grime on the underside was so hard it acted like glue.
      I learned my lesson on that one so now I let them soak in warm water mixed with oxi-clean before attempting to lift.
