my TIMEX Ironman Triathlon Solor powered digital. This one is Shock Resistant; WR 200M and keeps EXECLLENT time against the Atomic clock. (Remember, this is the model Dorsey "Torture-Tested" at the beach this summer!)

I'm spending quality time with my 59 Viscount in honor of the Viscount of Timexicana this week! Besides, I love it!

...is a Timex Wafer Thin exactly like the one in this eBay auction:

Keeps decent time, but took me forever to figure out how to get the case apart to service the movement. Took a lot of frustration to finally figure out I needed a special press to put the case back together again (which fortunately I found a cheap hobby grade press good enough for occasional use).

Thanks to Dorsey for the tip on how to get this sucker apart--or else I'd still be struggling to snap off the fake case back! I swear some designer at Timex had a good sense of humor when he designed this watch...he sure played a good practical joke on me with that fake "back cover."

I don't wear this one very often so I put it on my wrist today so it wouldn't feel neglected. Nice...inexpensive...and much better for the money than would be expected.
