Picked this up at flea market for 20 bucks, going to give it a polish, and a band, its running, but I am trying to regulate it, it says Waltham France, from the numbers on the dial I am thinking late 50s to 1960..love the red arrow second hand..anyone know anything about this?

They are dated by the serial number on the movement. Here's a list of them:

Time Marches On

There is no serial on the movement I can find, only 17 jewels, unadjusted, France..having some problems regulating it...now I have a headache! I know the company started making their watches in Switzerlans and France right around 1957 when they suspended US activities.
