There's a man named Fred Bitzer who is an authority on the character watches like yours, if anyone has that crystal it's probably him. Fred Bitzer, (727) 376-4102.
He used to work for Timex and bought a whole lot of parts from them when they got out of the mechanical watch business, give him a call.

just to follow up on this before it scrolls off the page and I forget,
crystal measured as 25.6mm x 20.1mm
found a TF1193 in a 1952 GS catalog listed as 25.8x20.1 INGERSOLL .. sounds promising
