ASA or ISA? How many umpires are you going to have on each field?

this has to be sanctioned tournament to be played in Columbus, I think you have to have 2 per field but will check and up date later thanks for your concerns.

If it is in Columbus it will be ASA and ASA umpires.

Delta Extreme is not one of the teams so far.

D-railed is in and they are a good team from AL.

Just confirmed: We will have a bat rep on site to trade sale or buy bats.

we will be donating some our proceeds to go toward the Natalie Grant benefit Tournament being held in Amory for this young lady. She will be going through her 4th bone marrow transplant and we would like to help the family out.

We would like to invite all teams to join in for this cause and enter the Auto Spa Columbus Blowout or the Amory benefit tournament.

The FBC team is not even close to being full with C class ball players i know because i one of them, we just wanting to have a good time and hopefully not get the toughest draw in the tourney so we can possibly play more than two games! ha

Where in columbus is this tourney being played?

prob Propst Park...very nice facility...it is where the ASA southern national invitational E class tourney is held....there are 4 310ft fields if i remember correctly. The fields are located off 82.

Darren, would have liked to worked with ya on this one but we filled up quik and about 4 of the teams are strictly throw together teams to help out Natalie. alot of people love this little girl. If we could all just stop and think about it for a second. about all the things we take for granted. like being able to play a game on the weekends, whether your good or not, whether you win it or go 2 and out. there is someone out there that would love to be in our shoes. Everyone knows someone that is sick, disabled, or etc. My niece is 8 years old and is fighting for her LIFE. Not 1 time has she said "why me" she just says she cant wait to sing "How great is our God" at church. she has forever changed me.

Thanks, I hope your tournament goes great!! Hope everyone there remembers why they are there.

I almost canceled our so we could be there with you and help as much as possible, But as I told you, We will contribute some of our proceeds to her and her Family.

I feel God will bless her as well as her family, but most of all, just as you said she has changed you through Gods awesome love flowing through her, shinning through her strength, and her love for others, but most of all her love for GOD.

We are having a good turn out as well, Looks like we have some good teams and it should be an awesome Tournament.

yes lock down was on previous list above and added team witness and young bucks to the updated list, which makes 13 with 2 dropping out. guess they saw the competition.

dang, looks like some good teams in this one.....suprised some of the other Ms teams are not in this...guess they don't want any of this Bama heat!

Since you have almost 14 teams why not make this tourney a round robin with 2 pools of 7 then take the top 2 teams from each division and have a single elimination tournament. That would give you the top 4 places. Just an idea!

I just posted a format on the other post about formats for this tourney that to me would be alot more fun for everybody than the mentioned formats go check it out and see what your opinion is!
