Are there any south teams coming up for the north tourny?

I would recommend the north teams coming down and playing in it and some of the south teams coming up and playing in the north one. both should be good tournaments.

The Chargers and Sportscenter are playing in both. One North team going South and one South team going North. Their the about the only ones that can afford to do that with gas and hotel bills being so high.

Would love to see the C make up North, cause we don't get to see many C tournaments. The Gumtree is about the only one, and it only had like 7 teams.

Mozzy Oak will be in both Jackson and in Tupelo.

Try to remember that the "South" State is in Jackson, which is pretty central, while "North" State is Tupelo, which is nowhere close to central. That said, we are discussing trying to play both...just don't know if financing will allow.

Nope, I'm 2.5hrs SOUTH of Jackson.

Saying Starkville is "central" would be like me saying Hattiesburg is central. Neither is true. Jackson is the closest thing we have to a central location.

MS Magic, Reeds Metal, Lookouts, knucklebusters, Howard, Southern Merchants, 177 Storm, White Lightning, World Gym, Fury, Vicksburg Express etc... All legit teams 3-6 hours from Starkville.

Who ever the dumba$$ is who wrote starkville is central needs to get a geography lesson. Seriously, just so you realize what an a$$ you look like go get a map and see where central ms is.

Kosiusko to Magee is really the whole central area. What is in the middle of those, Jackson, pearl, ridgeland area.

Meridian is about as central as it gets. Besides it being close to the AL state line. It's neutral as can be as fas as north and south goes.

Man.. you south guys are getting really upset about an ISA North State. Chill out.. You go to your State and we will go to ours, not that hard to comprehend. Both winners get berths to a nationals or something... Wow, just play ball and STFU... Tired of reading all your whining statements..

Before that gibberish, nobody in this thread had gotten upset about anything. Personally, I'd like to see all of the better north teams come down to central MS to play in the ISA this weekend, and I'd also like to see all of the better south teams travel up to north MS to play in that ISA in a couple more weeks. Like I said, we're discussing it ourselves, just don't know if it will be possible.

This is not directed at any NORTH players except the one that wrote the above post. The guys from the south just want teams from all over to play in the state touneys. So for the teams that can afford the travel please do so in both NORTH and SOUTH and for the guy that wrote the last post you are a joke we just want to see some good games and there are good teams from the north and the south so you shut the @uck up if you dont like it.

Nobody is upset, just wanted to know if any north teams would come down "south" to jackson, of all places. The problem with MS softball is somebody saying, "ya'll have ya'lls state tournament and we'll have ours" that just doesnt make any sense. Heck, why dont all the rest of the teams that are planning to go to Orlando for U-Trip Worlds have their tourney and I'll throw one in hattiesburg for the folks that want to play in a different U-Trip world.
