It say D/E CLASS TEAMS ONLY does that mean i cant pick up 3,4 C players to play with my D team?

We will not let a team in that we know is a C team on the front end. It's hard to control who a team picks up,especially in February. We are looking forward to a fun tournament. Call and get your team in ASAP!!!

Is Fusion in this tournament or the Mantachie tournament???? Teams sign up everywhere and then teams can't get in any tournament cause they are full!!! Then they cancel on ppl!! That is sorry as HELL. Is there an opening left after all sorry ass teams cancel? My team is interested into putting out fusions fuse for being such **** heads!!!

Despite all the comments stating otherwise, THERE ARE NO "C" CLASS TEAMS IN THE 4TH ANNUAL SHERMAN SHOOTOUT!!! PERIOD. END OF STORY!!! It should be a competitive LOWER class D/E tournament. I'm pretty sure some of the other tournaments around are starting a bunch of crap in order to get some teams to drop from our tournament. Once again, THANKS and GOOD LUCK to all the teams that entered.

Yes looks like a lot of rain coming in this weekend.

we've been staying in touch with Randy concerning the fields.he's going to put down some tarps tonight over some areas to help keep them as dry as possible.he's got four 50lb bags of diamond dry and we'll buy more if we need it.we will do whatever it takes to get this one in.

That diamond dry is some good stuff. It will dry up any water hole.

Its going to be hard to play down there tonight and can't play 10 teams on 1 field in one day unless you play until about 6 the next morning. 10 teams is 20 hrs of ball time on 1 field. I haven't been to look at the field but i know it has to be under water as much as it rained here last night and its going to rain all day and night tonight. Tourney should cancel and let people find another place to play.

The forecast for this weekend is not very favorable for softball in our area. The previous "guest" acts like it's only going to be wet and cold in Sherman. We don't want to cancel a tournament early based on what it's "supposed" to do. We need to put on this tournament just as bad as teams want to play. If we can't play tonight and have to play it all tomorrow, we have discussed lowering the entry fee and going to a one-pitch format. That would put the finals @ 8:00
Saturday night. Just be patient and let's see what the weather does. All the other tournaments are in the same boat we are. Thanks again to all the teams for entering.
