We are having a Jack and Jill tournament for the Marshall girls soccer team next Saturday, October 24th at Marsall Academy in Holly Springs.
Entry Fee: $110
Right now we have 3 teams entered with two others giving consideration.
We will have the tournament with 4 teams or more.
No homerun limit, just a fun weekend.
ISA rules apply: .44 core 375 ball and no ultras allowed for anyone nor any gender specific bats allowed for guys. Any ISA legal bat.

4 Teams- Round Robin followed by single elimination which means a 4 game guarantee
5 Teams- Round Robin, so a four game guarantee
6 Teams- Split into two pools of 3 teams followed by a single elimination for a 3 gam guarantee
8 Teams- Split into two pools of 4 teams followed by a championship game between the winner of each pool. Again a 4 game guarantee.
Tie Breakeers will be decided by fewest runs allowed. 55 minute time limit

* 4 game guarantees are based on all teams showing up. If someone no shows then it will be a three game guarantee.
If it is only four or five teams, then all games will be played on the high school softball field; If it is 6 or 8 teams then we will have throw down bases on the soccer field. The next two teams to enter will be assured of playing all of their games on the softball field. The field is around 240-250.

Yes, that's correct. Guy's have to bat opposite of normal. We were going to just do normal coed, but one of the teams has younger players and don't want to get anyone hurt, besides it is a challenge to hit different than normal.

Tournament is moving to November 7. There are five teams in so far and they wanted the date moved. We are going to try and get another field and take up to 10 teams.
8 teams we will have two pools of four with the top two teams from each pool playing single elimation
10 teams we will have two pools of five with the champion of each pool playing either a best two out of three or a one game championship depending on the time. If two teams from one pool tie we will have a playoff between those two teams to determine who'll play in the championship. If more than two teams tie in a pool then the champion will be determined by fewest runs allowed.

A question was asked: Do girls get to walk if the guy in front of her walks? We are only going to allow this when there are two outs in the inning.
