Clintwood town cops

I think the town cops are ticket happy in Clintwood. Almost everytime we go to town we see thoes flashing
lights pulling someone over. You seldom ever see anyone pulled over in the bigger towns like Pound or Norton.
I don't think the cops in bigger cites are that bad,even in Peigon Forge and Gatlinburg !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
