Did anyone hear about this? Details?

My son is a freshman at CHS and apparently one of his friends has been having a sexual relationship with a girl that graduated last year from CHS and is now in college. Both my son and his freind are freshman and they are both fourteen and from what my son has told me this girl is almost nineteen and the boys mother tried to press charges but they stopped. But my son has been telling me that they still see each other behind his moms back and that her friends (who are her age) have been helping her talk to him and see him and this worries me greatly because it has affected my son and he is around it often. I dont know what he's left out or hasnt told me about the situation but what he has said is enough for me to want to know more and want to know if theres a way to stop it. So if anyone has information on this or agrees with me then please reply. It may not seem like a big deal but it is to me.
