That is exactly what we are going through right now. We have been paying 19.95 since 2001. I found out when they called and said our credit card was expired. (which it was not). I called and was informed in the conversation that the rate was currently 12.95 and for about four yrs. had been 9.95. We figured we had overpaid by about five hundred dollars over the yrs. Their offer to us was to "GIVE US" six months, then they backed out on that. I talked to the representative first, then the district manager (I had the displeasure of talking to her three times),now I'm up to the director (tomorrow will be my third conv. with him,) next is the president and CEO.

I was just wondering if anyone else had had this problem. I can't believe how very similar your problem was. There's gotta be others that have had problems. I don't look to be compensated, each person has something different to say. Basically, they say it was up to us to call and see if a better rate was offered.
