Voting on Faith

by James

If you have a strongly held faith in Jesus Christ and the Holy Scriptures of God, why would you not consider that faith as a very important factor in how you vote? Surely, there are other issues other than abortion and the like, but there are few issues that we can't receive guidance, moral guidance, from our faith. If you ask me, this country would be a lot better off with such a moral anchor to guide its leaders and citizens.

There aren't any "Jesus candidates." Jesus is Lord, and so He is above all political considerations, but that doesn't mean that His teachings shouldn't influence how we vote and how we behave as citizens.
