This morning while walking my dog at about 5:30 I spotted the most unusual con-trail in the sky. I'm in Norfolk, VA, and due North of my position was a con-trail shaped like a corkscrew...something spiraled down, and it was big. There is nothing on the NASA website, nor SPACE.com about an old satellite or rocket booster re-entering the atmosphere. I know this has nothing to do with bigfoot research, for which I apologize. However, in the spirit of co-operation between researchers I post this sighting here in the hope that the information would be useful.On a different note...I will be running the God's Country Marathon in Potter County PA on June 7. My brother Bunnykiller and my sister-in-law Bonnie will be there to laugh at, I mean, cheer me on! I don't know if we'll be doing any research, but if y'all aren't doing anything this weekend, it would be cool if I weren't the only one wearing a PBS tee-shirt in Coudersport!
