I have a daughter who is 1 1/2 years old, who is quiet spirit it, I feel like we have been fighting since I conceived her. My question is, the diagnose that the doctors gave her and giving her medication... isn't her diagnose characteristic is of a spirited child? please, this is not a judgemental question, because we are in a similar circumstance with these very Special children and we need all the help we can get. I was just curious of what kind of medication she is on and how they came to diagnose her... and is it safe for the long run of her developmental growth. I have heard many dangers of medicating children. This is going to sound a little wierd, but just amuse me for a moment. I spoke with a psychic when I was pregnant with my daughter, and she told me that she would be very special and has a special work to do in this world, and told me to make sure that I don't medicate her for the behaviors that are different from other children. How we choose to deal with our children is a very sensitive and private manner, and respectfully I read your comment and I was curious. Thank you for sharing.
