HI, I'm new here. I was wondering if anyone in here has ever had their child misdiagnosed
with high functioning autism or other behavioral tags...adhd, add etc.
My son was misdiagnosed at 25 months as PDD Nos. The only 'autistic' traits he had were toe walking and I guess...a good memeory. He is now almost 30 months. At his re-evaluation we were told he may be gifted but certainly very bright, intense, charismatic and high energy and NOT on the spectrum.
We always knew he was a smart kid and not ASD at all. He is just too social....especially with adults.
Anayway...I was wondering if anyone else in here has ever been in the same boat.
