Is it absolutely necessary to have soft porn advertising?

I just visited a community type board and was astonished that the--how shall I put this?--mostly unclothed posterior of a young woman was shown closeup with maybe 5% of her skin NOT showing. Definitely NOT appropriate for such a forum or any forum for that matter. I know in the past N54 administrators have said over and over that they outsource or subcontract such advertising and don't know in advance what the subcontractor will be placing in advertising. I suggest it's time N54 initiate a policy whereby someone within the administration of N54 requires these subcontractors to first submit to N54 for approval all advertising. At the very least N54 could set some standards for these ad placement subcontractors to adhere to.
