Advertising keep showin up inspite of subscription, no interaction, chat does not work.

Hello there.

I have subscibed for the semi-premier service. The thing when I log in, there are no ads, but when my friends log in (obviously from another P.C) they get the ads.

Some can't reply to messages also. The chat does not work. When they click on it, it displays nothing but the page where it was. This happens even though they are logged in!

I'll be really glad if someone can shed some lights on how to overcome this, very fast!!
