First, you contact a lawyer to make sure you truly have a case that is worth pursuing. Second, you contact the FBI and tell them you are being criminally harassed and libeled on the Internet. If they believe your case is worth pursuing, they will subpoena the ISPs of the user who is causing you problems and get his private information so they can build a case and prosecute. Third, you learn your lesson to keep your private information private.
