There are some ads that will open up on the whole page and block you from going any further for around 30 seconds. I believe once those are found out, they are removed from the ad rotation. You can report those ads to support at network54 dot com. I cannot answer why your e-mails are not being answered. I wouldn'e even begin to know what the problem is there.
You have two choices to eliminate those popups:
- Make your account Premier. Popups gone. Problem solved.....
- Tell your users to turn off active Javascript and all other add-ons for Network54. This will cause some functions not to work, but it will also stop the popups from hijacking your visitors and if they have popup-blockers, have them turn them on.
