We do not have answer for you in this forum. It is possible that the forum owner in question needs to manually approve access for new members and has not done so yet. No one here can do it for you.. Be patient. If nothing happens, try joining again (to be honest, I don't know if that is possible, never tried it). There does not seem to be any contact information at that forum.
