So by your forum, you mean a forum that you administer? If so, do you have permissions set so that only members of certain groups can post on your forum? If so, she needs to apply to you for permission to post. If you have it set to post, you must be a Network54 user, all she needs to do is go to www.network54.com and create an account. She does not need to set up forums or be a paid member, she just needs a Network54 username.
