Does network54 have or could it create

a messageboard or notice board stating current ongoing issues, how they exhibit and any workarounds that have been found for those issues in such a way that people like me (very much a non computer person) can check current issues and figure out if their posters are having those issues? Clearly since *I* don't understand that someone who can't post might be using something like google chrome and there is an issue with it I don't know when I post here that I a repeating what someone else has had an issue with. I though this was where I was suposed to be able to come to ask for help on these issues. Again Sorry I guess I just don't understand what this forum is for. I've only come her about 4 times in the last 9 ro 10 years and generally get a similar response, if any. If there is a place for me to go that better addresses my issues please let me know and I will try to figure things out there instead of coming here.
