As long as your forum is enabled, you should have no problem adding either of those, but......
The recorded message MUST be stored online somewhere and you MUST be able to hot-link to it. In other words, it cannot be on your home computer or on a server that does not allow hot-linking. (For example, certain free website hosts do not allow you to store images on them and put those images on other sites. If you do, you'll get the dreaded red X instead of the image.)
The links are just a matter of putting in the code for a link in the proper spot, as long as your forum is HTML enabled.
To do that, if it is not, simply post a new message with "Please enable my forum" in the subject. Include the forum ID either in the subject or in the text of the post, with a link to the forum if you are unsure of the forum ID.
