I never heard of that company, but it appears to be an ISP in California. That means absolutely nothing, however. My ISP is in Maryland and I am in NYC. My website hosting company is in Orlando, so if you did an IP trace on my website, it would say I was in Florida. As I said, i'm in NYC.
It is possible that many of your visitors are from California, or use that ISP. I don't think there's anything sinister going on. The N54 guys have their hands full with trying to get V3 running and keeping these forums up and running. I really don't think they have time to run up your page views just to make you complain. It is in no one's best interest for that to happen.
