All I want to do is change expiration date on my card

Yes, I appear to be logged in, but every time I make the changes and click on Save the changes, they do not get saved.  This has been going on since 2008 which is the last expiration date that was accepted. I am trying now to add a second since then. The date 2011 which was the expiration date prior to the latest was never accepted and I posted about it and wrote support and never got an answer.
