Way back in May of 2009 I got these crazy high viewing numbers and the ads kicked-in. The only way I could figure to deal with it was to go with Level 2 service rates. So, I've been paying the higher rates since then, as "insurance" against getting hit with the ads again.
Having now read about this happening again, and Network54 being accomodating to affected forum owners, I think I'll bump myself back down to Level 1 rates again and just hope the high numbers don't "appear" again!
