What error messages are you getting? We actually need to know specifically what they are getting on the site.

Site offline (if server is actually working): Need to make sure CF IPs are whitelisted on your server/with host. CF IPs:https://www.cloudflare.com/ips

502 or Gateway:
Need to have a traceroute from you to www.network54.com. A gateway error would possibly indicate an issue in one of our datacenters, which the traceroute helps us identify which datacenter that might be having the issue.
