Users cannot post to forum

I am the owner of forum #500426. It is an "anyone can read, members only can post" board. I just got a telephone call from one of the users that she cannot post. I logged in and discovered that the links at the bottom of the page--Edit Message, Delete, Lock Thread, Respond to the Message--have disappeared, and I can't post either. Two related forums--#501970 and #537523--are working normally. Any ideas?

Maxine,

I see a post button in the upper right hand corner of your forum's first page. If it is not there for you, can you please take a screen shot of what you do see.
