The search function on my forum appears to only go back about 9 months for results. I've searched for terms that I know are used pretty regularly going back to my sites beginnings. I have a Premier Account so the search feature is present, and has worked in the past.

I'm constantly having new posts requesting answers to topics that have been discussed many times over the years but the search results.
A friend runs a similar site with the same level of Premier account. A similar search on his site goes all the way to to its inception -- which predates my site by a few years.
Any advice on who/where to direct this enquiry?
