Why did you closedhttp://www.network54.com/Forum/176899/ ??

It was a Cable Television forum and I never saw nothing illegal on it, and when there was illegal discussions (like people trying to get free TV) the discussion was inmediatly closed.

There were menaces by some dude that wasn't happy with what was said about his TV System (yeah! crazy people is out there) and he said that he would report the forum because of that, is this was the case or he did something to close the forum I urge you to immediately delete this user's account not the forum, as he would be the one abusing the reporting system.

That forum is so popular that when you look for network54 on google the phrase "Televisión por Cable" appears inmediatly, that forum is a clean one I assure you and people has pressed a lot to move it away from network54 but we never had, I don't know if this is the right place for commenting the issue but I urge you to check the forum status and report why it was closed.

Thanks in advance.. Rich

From both sides. I am not in a position to explain why any action was taken, but if the forum was deleted, it obviously broke one of the rules that would cause it to be deleted. There were complaints that this forum was promoting illegal activities, such as stealing satellite signals. This has gone past the point of a forum discussion.

We reinstated this forum. However, if there are posts involving obtaining cable/satellite television illegally, then there forum will unfortunately have to be shut down again.

Thank you,

Nick

Thanks to believe in honest people that they are many, and not in those few that lie by personal subjects.

The forum never has had one post illegal, simply it show a objective discussion of the television subjects, to obtain a diffusion and a feedback such that foment the education and the understanding of this themme, the new technologies, the sides, social, political, economic, and personal impact, as well as the development of our critical capacity and analysis.

Greetings

The forum is actively moderated and any post that goes against the forum rules (including TV piracy) is closed immediately it has always been like that and that's why the forum suspension surprised me.
