I took a quick look and found several errors without even trying.....
Too many < center > tags in a row (the center tag is basically abandoned by HTML at this point, it still works in some browsers, but others either ignore it or crash because of it), badly nested tags, closing tags without opening tags, < div > tags where a simple < p > tag would have worked instead, CSS inside a table cell, it's a total mess.
To be honest, I'm surprised you're not getting a blank page when you go there, it's that bad.
My suggestion is to copy the code from each section of the admin page into an HTML editor (like DreamWeaver or FrontPage) which is set to detect code errors, and have the editor make suggestions as to how to correct the code. Do not allow it to correct automatically, as they each sometimes mistake "different"" code writing style for errors. Another choice is to submit the page to the following site:
Enter the URL of the forum in the text box, then hit "Show Source" and "Revalidate". That page will detect all of your code errors and explain where they were found and what needs to be done to remove the error.
