Is the target="_blank" tag disabled? Just curious as I posted images of an item I have for sale on one of the motorcycle forums I visit. The images opened in a new window in preview mode. but not in the final posted message. Also, links that used to open in a new window no longer do. Not sure if this is intentional or a glitch.
