When people try to open an account in the chatroom, they get an error message saying "an error has occured"!  Or "not accepting new accounts at this time"??Why can't anyone access it?

I would suggest that you tell people to create an account by going to www.network54.com directly and not try to create an account through the chat page. There are lots of security issues with the chat rooms and it is possible that new accounts are blocked from the chat pages. After they create their logins, add them to a group and give the group chat page access. I don't think it works any other way, to be honest.
